Facebook is about connecting with friends from around the globe as well as reconnecting with friends you have not heard from for ages. This is one of the wonders of technology that we get to revel in in this day and age. But Facebook is not only all about that. It is also about making new friends and sharing important events in your life. But when do you draw the line when it comes to approving friend requests?
For Santa Facebook turned out to be a bad idea as he is overwhelmed with all the friend requests he is getting. But who could blame all those people, right? It’s Santa, after all, and it’s Christmas! Why send a snail mail when you can just find him on Facebook and write your wishes?
Unfortunately, we are not Santa and we need to be a bit more careful who to add and who not to. Some people only want genuine friends on their list with whom they can share their thoughts and life events. Others are not so worried about who can read posts and look at photos. So, it’s really up to you.
